SLOW TRAINING is a training method that is characterized by the performance of exercises in a slow and controlled way, guided by your coach and controlled by a computer software, that allows to focus on and to stimulate muscles effectively, efficiently and safely. The basis of this methodology is based on the so-called high intensity strength training (HIST).


Slow Training is a progressive method that adapts to people of any age and physical condition, and it is especially safe, since it eliminates the risk of injury inherent to many types of exercise that are currently popular The minimum risk involved in practicing it along with the great results that are achieved is precisely one of its greatest advantages and the reason why the amount of followers that practice it is increasingly growing.
