The SLOW TRAINING protocol applied to the selective strengthening of the trunk muscles is based on CLINICAL EXERCISE protocols based on 4 decades of experience. An exercise that comes from the work of Arthur Jones and his medical team with Nautilus and MedX in the 80s.

A protocol that has evolved over the years, and that has been adapted to be more effective and safe, by making the movements more slowly deliberate and controlled, without sudden changes and with a progression and absolute control of the training loads.

The therapeutic exercise of SLOW TRAINING performs the exercises at a slow pace and with control throughout the range of movement and it manages to stimulate the muscles in an extremely safe way. The use of this protocol of muscular enhancement, integrated with our medical team, physiotherapists and trainers specialized in CLINICAL EXERCISE, together with our personalized software, allows us to selectively and safely strengthen weakened muscle groups.

MEDX SELECTIVE MUSCLE STRENTHENING

Slow Training uses MedX spinal machines, technology with a high biomechanical precision and that fix the movement of the pelvis (pelvic restrain). This unique system in the world manages to stimulate the deep musculature of the spine (multifidus, long dorsal, iliocostals, transverse of the abdomen… ) without other compensatory muscles do the work (gluteus, hamstrings ...)
