It is a boutique fitness center with more than 35 MedX machines. Also, it has the ARX motorized and computer-controlled adaptive resistance machine that in 15-20 minute sessions maximizes body muscle and cardiovascular system without risk of injury.
PROTRAINING is the pioneer center in SLOW TRAINING and performs about 1,000 monthly sessions of personalized training in Barcelona.
The characteristics of the center allow, in addition to personal training, autonomous computer controlled training. Of course, once our clients feel safe to go through the exercises, they can train without the help of their personal trainer.
